  • To my good friend Alvirta and family, I would want you guys to know that “earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal”. This I know you already know because you are a woman of great faith. So, my prayer is that you would hold on to God’s unchanging hand during times like these. May God bless you and keep you. Rev. Robert C. Drake Sr. & The New Covenant Baptist Church (Louisville) family.

  •  We are sorry for your loss. However, it's plain to see that your mother fought the good fight. She finished the race and kept the faith. And now the prize awaits her, the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will give to her on the day of His return. All our hope is in Jesus. There is hope through His resurrection and His promise that there is life after death. He said, "Because I live, you will live also." Your mother is absent from her body and present with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We will see her again when we all get to Heaven. And oh! What a rejoicing that will be! Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
